Our History

It all started when…

five Baruch students entered a real estate case competition. They saw an unsatisfied need for a club that engages students in real estate knowledge and encourages them to take advantage of opportunity. They set out to establish a club which did that, and more.

They have since placed top 3 at three elite national competitions, opened the doors of Baruch to Real Estate executives, developed many career building events, mentored students, and fostered a passionate community, among other things. Today, the Real Estate & Finance Club continues to push Baruch Students to new frontiers, allowing them to unlock their own intrinsic value in the Real Estate industry.

Our mission stands true: to provide a holistic experience that extends beyond the classroom and provide our members with numerous opportunities to better understand and connect with the Real Estate industry.

The Real Estate & Finance Club is here to stay, and we plan to develop our club so that future generations of Baruch students can benefit from it. With support from The Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute, the Real Estate and Finance Club aims to become the most prolific club in Baruch.
