Executive Board

The goal of the club is to serve its members.

This is exemplified by the Executive Board of the club, who work to create events that foster growth and discovery in the real estate industry.

Dashmesh is a junior majoring in Finance. This past summer, he worked as a rational analyst at Invesco Real Estate. Previous to this, he was covering equity & debt investments at CIM Group. Last winter, he was at a CRE & PE Boutique in NY. He’s also been involved with Project Destined as an Intern, then Program Manager Program. In his free time, Dashmesh loves to play basketball and to bike and run outdoors!

Caitlyn is a senior majoring in Finance with a minor in Psychology. Previously, she interned at Project Destined and gained more interest in commercial real estate. Caitlyn completed the REF Analyst Program during the Fall 2023 semester . In her free time, she likes to spend time traveling, trying new restaurants around the city, and spending time with family.

Ditmar is a junior majoring in Finance and minoring in English. He first began attending club meetings during his freshman year, and during the Fall 2023 semester underwent the development program, sparking an increased interest in real estate. He loves to get personally involved in real estate, investing in multiple properties with the help of his family. Ditmar also teaches a finance class at a private school and does tax accounting for both businesses and individuals. He enjoys spending his free time reading about history and philosophy, as well as playing soccer.

Vice President of Operations

Daniel is graduate student pursuing his Master's degree in Finance. His interest in real estate and development was piqued after delving into a book authored by Vicky Ward. Spring of 2023, Daniel embarked on an enlightening internship journey at Project Destined, where he acquired firsthand knowledge about the nuances of commercial real estate, gaining invaluable insights into the industry's offerings. In his free time, Daniel enjoys traveling, watching sports, hiking, and playing chess.

Alex is a senior majoring in Finance with a minor in Real Estate. Previously, he was covering commercial real estate mortgages at Eastern Union, a brokerage that closes $5b in all types of commercial loans annually. Prior to that, he interned at Municipal Credit Union on the lending sales team. Alex gained more interest in commercial real estate after completing the REF Analyst Program during the Fall of 2023. In his free time, he likes to follow New York sports teams, watch movies, and engage in winter activities such as skiing, skating, and ice fishing.
