Mr. Buchsbaum is a lecturer at Baruch College and New York University specializing in Real Estate courses. Additionally as a real estate economist, Mr. Buchsbaum advises municipalities, corporations and developers on economic best use strategies for development sites. To date, he has guided the reuse of over $9 Billion in commercial real estate in this capacity throughout North America. Additionally, he has managed 2.5 million SF of commercial property, administered 1 million SF in construction projects and marketed commercial and multifamily properties.
