James has over 25 years of experience in the industry, and has been involved in the sale of approximately 500 properties and loans for an aggregate value of over $5 billion. Prior to joining Avison Young, he served as Vice Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield and was a partner and top producer for Massey Knakal.
