Robert Davis is a certified General appraiser with 8 years of commercial appraisal experience in New York City. He's experienced in appraising a variety of assets types, including: large- and small-scale multifamily, retail, office, industrial, vacant land, mixed-use, medical offices, office cooperatives and condominiums, nursing homes, luxury residential, new construction, affordable housing, and more. Prior to his commercial work, David performed residential appraisals (1 to 4 units) for 6 years in the Greater Capital Region of New York. David received his Master's Degree in Real Estate from Baruch College in May 2012.
